📖 Our Story
Mulk was born from a personal experience: searching for an apartment in Ramallah meant weeks of dead-end calls, misleading listings, and brokers charging hefty commissions. We decided there had to be a better way.
We chose the name "Mulk" (Arabic for "ownership") because it captures exactly what we offer: direct ownership, with no middlemen and no complexity. Every property on our platform represents a real home listed directly by its owner.
Today, Mulk serves 10 Palestinian cities and aims to become the leading real estate destination across all of Palestine.
