Delete your Mulk account and data

You can delete your account directly in the Mulk app, or send a request if you can no longer sign in.

Delete in the app

Open Account → Delete account, enter the confirmation phrase, then accept the final warning. Deletion starts immediately and all sessions are revoked.

What is deleted?

Profile data, sign-in credentials, sessions, messages, saved items, bookings, reviews, and listings you created.

What may be retained temporarily?

Required moderation records may remain anonymized to prevent abuse and meet legal obligations, and contain no contact details. Data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until replaced through the normal backup cycle.

Cannot sign in?

Email us from the email address or phone number linked to the account. We will verify ownership before completing the request without undue delay.
